No drop-offs without an appointment.
I do my best to answer calls all day, every day. I work mostly on site, but clients are welcome to drop off their computers with an appointment.
Most repairs can be scheduled the same or following day.
Although 24/7 isn't humanly possible, if you need help at night or on a weekend -- please contact me! I will get back to you as soon as I am able.
